Well, I’ve been going down your list and am sad to report that many of these sites do not allow commercial usage. Please folks, read ALL the TOS and save yourself future problems.

Hi Tari, thanks for pointing that out. I am amazed that a site with an Alexa ranking of 178 has to shut down. Yes! You are right that not all sites on the list accept videos from viewers. Also, if you plan to use these sites for marketing purposes, its best to comply with the sites terms of use.

This is a great list, Brian. I did want to mention that http://stage6.divx.com has actually shut down, unfortunately. Also, not every site on the list takes videos from just anyone.
